Thermal Insulation Division
CGS is committed to satisfy every client’s needs and fulfill their requirements by ensuring that the thermal insulation projects can be executed smoothly, completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Our insulation works cover cryogenics, cold, hot, traced, and steamed, personal protection, and PWHT insulation, ranging from -200 °C to 1,300 °C.
CGS also supplies insulation materials, accessories, labor, tools, equipment, and machinery too. As a responsible company, CGS has banned the use of environmentally-harmful materials, such as asbestos and freon.
High Pressure Heat Exchangers
There are several designs for high pressure shell and tube heat exchangers, utilized in the hydrotreating process. Heat exchangers most commonly required are TEMA type, DEU modified (bolted-in construction).
We are also highly qualified to supply other types of heat exchangers with special closures for high-pressure applications (packed metallic/fiber, trapezoidal metal/fiber and delta metal closures).

Perform vacuuming and helium leak testing

Carry out N2 vacuum break once leak location is identified

External leak repair. Upon completion of repairing work, perform dye penetrant test to ensure no cracks or pin holes

Clean and paint on the work area after the helium leak testing was done and detected leak-free

Heating on the inner vessel to remove moisture from the annulus space to achieve final vacuuming of below 100 micron and perform vacuum standing to monitor

Dismantle and repair vaporizer and any other part/accessories; including tanker cabinet, PB Coil, pipes connections, man-hole cover.

Dismantle and refit existing valves

Dismantle and replace defective valves

Change new 'O' ring for outer relief device and flange connected to vacuum evacuation valve

Clean and remove corrosion at the area of the cabinet

Perform N2 pneumatic leak test on pipes and valves assembly

Final HLT and N2 purging on inner vessel and piping prior to tank delivery
